Welcome to SocialDogNetwork.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, services, directories, listings, and other digital content provided by GoBobby CommV (operating as SocialDogNetwork.com). In these Terms, GoBobby CommV is referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” and SocialDogNetwork.com is referred to as “the Platform.” By visiting or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform.


1. Purpose of the Platform

SocialDogNetwork.com is an online directory and community platform connecting dog owners with trainers, walkers, groomers, and pet-related businesses. We provide tools for browsing listings, posting services, leaving reviews, and interacting with community content.
We do not employ or endorse service providers and do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of any services or information offered by users or businesses listed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Platform.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require the creation of an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

You may not:

  • Share your password with others
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
  • Attempt to access another user’s account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

Users may submit listings, reviews, media, and other content (“User Content”).

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is:

  • Illegal, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Copyrighted or trademarked without permission
  • Harmful, malicious, or containing malware
  • Pornographic or otherwise inappropriate
4.2 License to Use Content

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, publish, and distribute it on the Platform.
We may remove or modify content at our discretion.

4.3 Right to Edit Content

The Company may edit, adjust, or categorize listings, descriptions, or media to ensure clarity, correct formatting, or compliance with Platform standards. This will not alter the fundamental nature of the services offered by users.

4.4 Restriction of Communication

The Company reserves the right to limit, restrict, or disable any user’s ability to post, comment, review, message, or otherwise communicate on the Platform, temporarily or permanently, if deemed necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or its integrity. Such measures do not entitle the user to any refund, credit or compensation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Harass or threaten other users
  • Scrape, crawl, or hack the Platform
  • Interfere with Platform functionality or security
  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Collect data from users for unsolicited marketing
  • Post unauthorized advertisements

Violations may result in account termination, and no refund, credit, or compensation shall be owed.

6. Listings, Services & Third-Party Interactions

The Platform is a directory. We:

  • Do not verify credentials of listed businesses
  • Do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or reviews
  • Are not a party to interactions between users and providers

All engagement with listed service providers is at your own risk.
Verify credentials, insurance, and safety measures before working with any provider.
The Company is not responsible for cancellations, no-shows, payment disputes, non-performance, or any contractual issues between users and service providers.
All listings, profiles, and services submitted to the Platform are subject to review and approval. Submission or payment does not guarantee acceptance or continued availability.

6.1 Quality Standards & Right to Remove Listings

To protect the integrity, reliability, and reputation of the Platform, the Company reserves the right to remove, suspend, or decline any listing, service, description, media, or user profile that:

  • Presents false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or unverifiable claims;
  • Promotes methods, services, or practices that could reasonably be considered harmful, unsafe, unethical, or contrary to widely accepted animal welfare standards;
  • Is inconsistent with the professional quality, accuracy, or standards the Platform aims to uphold;
  • Negatively affects or could negatively affect the credibility or user experience of the Platform.

The Company alone determines whether content meets these criteria. Such removal may occur with or without prior notice and no refund, credit, or compensation shall be owed.

6.2 Right to Refuse or Exclude Individuals or Organizations

The Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, remove, or permanently exclude any individual, organization, business, or entity from the Platform.
Such decisions may be based on, but are not limited to:

  • misalignment with the values, mission, or standards of the Platform;
  • professional practices, methodologies, or approaches deemed incompatible with the Platform;
  • conduct, communication, or reputation that could negatively affect the Platform, its users, or public trust;
  • any other reason the Company considers relevant to protect the integrity and credibility of the Platform.

The Company is under no obligation to provide justification, explanation, or evidence for such decisions.

6.3 Exclusion and Refund Policy
  • If an individual or organization is excluded before purchasing or activating any paid feature, no payment obligation exists.
  • If an individual or organization is excluded after purchasing or activating a paid feature, no refund, credit, or compensation shall be owed, provided that this exclusion right was clearly disclosed in these Terms at the time of purchase.
  • Only in cases where an exclusion occurs before the publication of these Terms, and where no violation of the Terms has occurred, may the Company, at its sole discretion, issue a refund.
7. Payments & Refunds

Some features require payment (e.g., upgraded listings, promotions, or memberships).

  • All sales are considered final once digital features or listings have been activated or accessed.
  • Refunds are not routinely offered unless explicitly approved by the Company.
  • If a refund is approved, a 10% administrative fee may apply.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes result in account suspension.
7.1 EU Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, users who purchase digital services on the Platform have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right is waived once the user activates or accesses the paid features, provided that the user has explicitly acknowledged this before the purchase. By purchasing or accessing any paid features, you confirm that you understand and accept that you forfeit your right of withdrawal, as permitted under EU law for immediately delivered digital content.
You will receive clear information about the service, pricing, and any applicable limitations prior to confirming your purchase.

7.2 Pricing & Changes to Paid Features

The Company reserves the right to change the prices of memberships, listings, upgrades, and any other paid features at any time.
Price changes:

  • Do not affect purchases already completed
    Once a paid feature has been delivered or activated, the agreed price remains valid for that specific purchase.
  • May apply to future renewals or new purchases
    If you choose to renew, extend, or purchase additional services, the updated prices will apply.
  • Subscription-based or recurring payments (if any)
    In the event of recurring payments, the Company will notify users at least 14 days in advance of any price change.
    Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Company is not required to provide prior notice for price changes that apply only to new or optional purchases.

7.3 No Refunds for Technical Issues

Technical issues, downtime, maintenance, software errors, or limited availability of features do not entitle users to refunds, credits, or compensation.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Working with dogs carries inherent risks. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • Dogs may behave unpredictably
  • Service providers found through the Platform may pose risks
  • Interactions between users are outside our control

You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoBobby CommV, SocialDogNetwork.com, and its respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.

9. No Professional Advice

Content on the Platform is informational only and not professional, legal, veterinary, or medical advice.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Users may not share or misuse:

  • Personal information of other users
  • Private or non-public Platform data
  • Confidential communication

Violations may lead to legal action or account removal.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform—including text, layout, design, images, logos, and code—are the property of SocialDogNetwork.com.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

12. Media Release

By submitting photos, videos, reviews, or media, you grant us permission to:

  • Display the media publicly
  • Use it for marketing and promotions
  • Edit or adapt it as needed

You waive any right to compensation.

13. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without refund, if:

  • You engage in conduct that, in our reasonable judgment, harms or could harm the reputation, image, or commercial interests of GoBobby CommV or SocialDogNetwork.com.

We reserve the right to take such action without prior notice and without obligation to provide compensation.

13.1 Platform Discontinuation

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Platform or any part of its services at any time, for any reason or no reason, and without prior notice.

In the event that the Platform is discontinued, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Company is under no obligation to provide justification for the discontinuation;
  • No refunds, credits, compensation, or reimbursements of any kind shall be owed for paid memberships, listings, promotions, or unused service periods;
  • Access to user accounts, listings, media, or other Platform content may be permanently removed without further liability.

By using the Platform, you expressly waive any claims related to the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or its services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability
  • Your sole remedy if dissatisfied is to stop using the Platform
14.1 Cap on Liability

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Company is found liable to you, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any services provided through it, shall be limited to the greater of: (i) the total amount of fees you paid to the Company for the use of the Platform in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) One Hundred Euros (€100.00). This limitation applies even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy provided herein.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or availability of specific features.

15. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate listing information
  • Legal compliance
  • Professional and ethical conduct
  • Safe interactions with dogs and people

The Platform provides visibility, not guarantees of results.

16. User Interactions

Users interact at their own risk.
We are not responsible for:

  • Disputes
  • Misunderstandings
  • Cancellations
  • Behavioral outcomes with animals
  • Injuries, accidents or damages during meetups or sessions
17. Data Storage & Backups

While we take reasonable steps to protect data, we do not guarantee:

  • Permanent storage of listings or messages
  • Recovery of deleted content
  • Uninterrupted access to data

Users are responsible for keeping their own backups.
Loss of data, listings, messages, or media does not give rise to any right to compensation, refund, or damages.

18. Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Governing Law: These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Belgium.
Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to disputes regarding the interpretation, breach, termination, enforceability, or validity thereof (collectively, “Disputes”), shall be settled by mandatory, final, and binding arbitration administered in Bruges, Belgium, in accordance with the rules of the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CEPINA) or other mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Dutch or English language.
Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Action: By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly waive your right to a trial by jury and your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may only bring claims against the Company in your individual capacity.
Exclusive Jurisdiction: Notwithstanding the foregoing, claims seeking only injunctive relief may be brought in the competent courts of Bruges (Brugge), Belgium.
This arbitration clause applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this article shall limit or exclude mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU or Belgian law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.

21. Language of the Terms

These Terms & Conditions and all related communications are provided in the English language. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the English version of this agreement. You affirm that you are proficient in the English language or have sought appropriate translation assistance necessary to understand these Terms. The English version of these Terms shall be the sole official and legally binding version.
