It’s a high-value marketing tool that often pays for itself with less than 1 client. Plus, your support helps us keep the network affordable for all private dog owners.
Yes, absolutely. Your financial security is our top priority. To ensure the highest level of safety, Social Dog Network (SDN) has partnered with Mollie (Mollie.com), one of Europe’s leading and most secure payment service providers.
How it works:
– Zero Data Storage: SDN does not store, process, or even see your payment details (such as credit card numbers or bank info) on our servers. It is technically impossible for us to access this data. Your financial data is not stored on our servers, anywhere!
– Professional Handling: All transactions are handled entirely by Mollie.com. Today, Mollie serves more than 250.000 businesses across Europe with an all-in-one solution that makes payments and money management effortless. Their core business is the secure processing of payments, utilizing bank-grade encryption and rigorous security protocols.
– Compliance: Mollie is fully PCI-DSS compliant and regulated by the central bank, ensuring your transaction is protected by the same standards used by major financial institutions.
In short: You can pay with peace of mind, knowing that your sensitive information remains exclusively in the hands of a world-class payment professional.
All subscriptions we offer are strictly personal (B2C) and intended for individual use.
Pro accounts are also designed for individual users who want enhanced visibility and access to advanced features within the community.
We do not support business invoicing, VAT numbers, VAT deduction, or Peppol/e‑invoicing.
All prices include VAT.
After each payment, you automatically receive a personal payment receipt for your own records.
No official business invoices are issued for subscription payments.
This simplified billing model keeps the platform fully automated and avoids unnecessary administrative overhead.
Due to current EU and Belgian regulations on digital invoicing (including mandatory Peppol e‑invoicing for business transactions), it is not feasible to generate official business invoices for such a low subscription fee.
While automated invoicing would be technically possible within our software, complying with the required digital‑invoice standards would require significant additional infrastructure and a lot of euros in custom integrations — something we deliberately choose not to implement.
By operating strictly on a B2C basis, all payments can be handled cleanly and efficiently through Mollie.com, without manual intervention, administrative complexity or expensive customizations.
And let’s be honest: no professional user will consider the small annual fee we charge to be a meaningful business expense. It’s negligible compared to the visibility and advantages you gain as a professional within this community.
The Verified Badge proves that you and your dog are “the real deal.” This trust makes it easier to organize local meetups, join walks, and connect with other owners. By verifying our members, we eliminate spam and fake profiles as much as possible, keeping the focus entirely on what matters: the dogs.
The platform offers different powerful ways to explore dog owners, walks, events and services:
– the Static Map for straightforward browsing
– the Live Map for dynamic, interactive discovery.
Here’s a quick breakdown to help you choose the right one:
Static Map (accessible via the Static Map button on top or by clicking on the respective buttons on the homepage): This is your go-to for a simple, reliable overview of all members of a specific category. However, the map is non-interactive—it won’t update or refresh if you pan or zoom around the map. Ideal for users who want a static snapshot without real-time adjustments, making it fast and lightweight for quick scans.
Live Map (accessible via the Live Map button on the homepage): For a more immersive experience, the Live Map lets you dive deeper with advanced filters and combinations (e.g., energy level + socialization needs + distance + availability). As you pan, zoom, or drag the map, the results on the left side update in real-time to show relevant pins and profiles. This makes it perfect for exploring dynamic matches, like finding the ideal walking buddy on the go.
In short, if you’re planning a casual browse, you can use the Static Map. For tailored, on-the-fly exploration, switch to the Live Map.🐕
